Steve Fletcher has been teaching Guitar/Ukulele/Bass in schools in and around Derbyshire for over 20 years. As a Derbyshire Music Partnership Accredited teacher he is much in demand around the region. As well as teaching one-on-one, pairs and small group lessons, Steve also teaches whole classes through Derbyshire Music Partnerships Classroom Instrumental Learning (CIL) teaching scheme.
Alongside his teaching work Steve is also a session musician and is often to be found performing in musical pit bands for such performances as We Will Rock You, Grease, Guys & Dolls, Fiddler On The Roof, Sound of Music and many many more. He is also lead guitarist in several professional bands such as tributes to Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, and ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Peter Green.
If all that wasn’t enough he also runs very popular online teaching lessons through Zoom and curates a very popular YouTube page featuring all of his teaching scheme of work.
